Hi, Im Elena! A few things about me—I love nature and will find any excuse to be outside everyday. I have a degree in English and Creative Writing(woo). I share my days with a sassy chunk dog named Rosie, who’s truly my best companion. I love spending time with the friends/family constantly creating memories together. My favorite fruits are cherries and bananas. I have a huge love for Mediterranean food. But enough about that, let’s dive into why you’re really here.

I’d call myself a lifelong learner and advocate for holistic living. Why? My personal journey hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced health challenges and traumas that have deeply impacted my mind, body and spirit. These experiences sparked my curiosity about natural + balanced approaches to healing. I think another big factor is how my family functioned growing up—herbal/supplemental remedies, homemade non toxic cleaning products, glass over plastic, veggie heavy dishes, nature for mental clarity, etc. Back then I’d always wonder what for? But now that i’m older and (hopefully) wiser, all I can say is I understand and forever grateful.

Ive discovered a deep love for movement, mindfulness and the connected between mind + body. This passion has led me to pursue certifications to become a yoga teacher and a holistic health coach. While i’m still working towards these goals, i find joy in—sharing personal insights, practical tips and my experiences with other who are on their own wellness journeys.

This space is a reflection of my active learning and growth. Think of it as a place where, I share everything along the way. My wins, my setbacks and all the lessons in between.

I’m not here as an expert, but someone walking this path alongside you. My hope is to be someone you can relate to, find similarities with or simply feel supported by. Inspiring to embrace a holistic centered life with empathy and understanding—wellness is always accessible and personal.

I’d love to connect with you! Share your story, tell me what inspired your interest in holistic health, ask questions, seek advice or even vent.

Remember; support yourself and one another as we all navigate our unique paths towards feeling whole.
